      How to reset the statistics of a QR Code

      This article corresponds to QR Code KIT's legacy app. For more information, click here.

      If you have subscribed to the STANDARD, PROFESSIONAL or ENTERPRISE plan, you can reset the statistics of the QR Codes.

      Log in to your account and follow these steps:

      1) Click Statistics

      QRCK - View QR stats 1

      2) Click the three dots menu and click Reset stats

      QRCK - View QR stats 2

      NOTE: Deleted statistics cannot be restored.
